OLAB Assist is a web-based GEO analysis service developed and operated by Alpaslan LLC. OLAB Assist is a project of olasiworks.com. This Privacy Policy explains how personal data may be processed when you visit olabassist.com, submit a domain for analysis, sign in with Google, or contact us.

  • The domain or website address submitted for analysis.

You should not submit special-category personal data through OLAB Assist.

5. SHARING AND RECIPIENTS

  • Google and Firebase for authentication and account-session services.
  • Cloudflare for hosting, security, traffic management, and Pages Functions.
  • Analytics and measurement providers where the required consent has been obtained.
  • Payment providers when a paid service is purchased.
  • Public authorities or courts where disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Google, Firebase, Cloudflare, and similar service providers may process data in countries outside Türkiye or the European Economic Area. Where such transfers occur, we seek to use appropriate legal safeguards in accordance with applicable data-protection laws, including the KVKK and GDPR where applicable.

7. DATA RETENTION

  • Account information may be retained until the account is deleted or a legal retention obligation ends.
  • Submitted domain and audit data may be processed for the time necessary to generate and operate the audit service.
  • Technical and security logs may be retained for the period necessary for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
  • Support communications may be retained for the period necessary to resolve the request and manage potential disputes.
  • Billing and payment records may be retained for the period required by applicable law.

When the applicable retention period ends, data is deleted, anonymized, or securely destroyed.
